Woven labels

Woven labels for ‘Branded’ cloths eg. Dormeuil, will only be supplied for (lengths of 2metres plus) jacket lengths or suit lengths not trouser lengths. This is because we only get a restricted amount..

(If the cloth is Made In England, I am happy to supply an alternate woven label that reads ‘Luxury Fabrics Made In England’ for the trouser lengths. As we have many of these)

Returns Policy

14 days from receiving the item.

Buyer must pay return postage. We recommend that the buyers uses a track able method. If cloth is lost or damaged during the return postal method no refund will be made. Woven labels MUST be returned also.

Once cloth has been returned we will inspect it. If the cloth has been cut, stained, damaged or altered in any way no refund will be made.

Postage Cost

Extended Area – If you are in an extended area this will result in extra postage costs, these will be advised after checkout by email (we recommend contacting us before hand) eg. The Highlands, Isle of Man etc; this also includes any overseas extended area surcharge zones. These additional postage costs will need paying before the parcel is shipped, otherwise the order will be cancelled and refunded. *We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order not paid for in full including additional postage costs advised after checkout.

All information you provide with us will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy.  We do not offer a newsletter and only contact a customer if necessary via email or telephone if there is a issue with your order, such as an incorrect delivery address or if we have run out of stock of a cloth that you have selected. By submitting an order you are deemed to have accepted our privacy terms.
